Providing quality courses in Scotland

INDI Skills are providers of First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Water based courses in Scotland.

We strive to give our customers  the best possible service and value for money. We do this by…

  • Endeavouring to provide high quality courses in Scotland. Much of our training provides QCF qualifications and/or SQCF qualifications (specific to Scotland).
  • Maintaining our trainers’ skill sets and qualifications to a high standard. Customers can be assured that we will answer all but the most obtuse or specialised questions.  If our trainers cannot answer a question on the spot, we will do our best to obtain the answer and get back to the student as quickly as possible after the course.

The location of courses in Scotland

Although we are based near Cumbernauld, Glasgow, we provide open, freelance and corporate training throughout the majority of Scotland and beyond.

We are also working closely with our friends at iPowerboat in Ballachulish and You & Sea in Rhu.

STCW at iPowerboat

We are proud to be working in partnership with iPowerboat in Ballachulish on the West Coast of Scotland, between Oban and Fort William, to provide the STCW Elementary First Aid course.  STCW stands for Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for Seafarers. These courses are specifically designed for professional seamen and MCA accredited. The course location and content is closely monitored by the Marine Coastguard Agency.

To find out more about the STCW Elementary First Aid Course, visit the iPowerboat website.

Training at You & Sea

You & Sea at Rhu near Helensburgh, North West of Glasgow are utilising our water-based training skills to provide RYA First Aid at Sea, STCW and VHF Short Range Radio course assessments.

If you are interested in power-boating we can highly recommend both iPowerboat and You & Sea.
