Indiskills are a training provider of AET Training in Scotland. We have delivered many AET training courses. These have been both of our own and also on behalf of other training companies based elsewhere in the UK. Indiskills are based in Cumbernauld near both Glasgow and Stirling. Additionally we also have a base in the West Highlands.

How we deliver out AET Training

As a Scottish based training provider we understand the geographical challenges faced by many areas outside Scotland’s cities and Central Belt. Our online AET training course enables us to provide training over the internet wherever our students may be. All you need is a decent internet connection and a computer.

During your course we will assign you a trainer for the duration of your AET training. They will support you throughout your course. You can contact you trainer via email or if necessary by phone and/or video conference.  The latter gives us the opportunity to share screens with students. This enables us to actively highlight and/or demonstrate areas where help may be needed.

Corporate AET training

We also organise corporate classroom based AET training in Scotland on your own premises. AET Training at your own pace

AET Training in Scotland can be carried out at your own pace. Consequently, our students are able to fit our AET training around other demands of life, such as child care, a full time job, exiting commitments etc.

Practical Elements of your AET Training

Your AET course requires you to carry out a 15 minute teaching session (micro teach).  Additionally, you will peer assess training sessions carried out by other trainee teachers.  We accommodate this practical element of AET training using uploaded videos of  teaching sessions.

Your AET Qualification

Your on-line AET Training Scotland will provide exactly the same level of qualification as a classroom course. Upon successful completion you will be awarded a nationally recognised Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET). You will receive a certificate from a recognised awarding body.

The AET qualification is a requirement for delivering many courses that result in a nationally recognised certificate/qualification and also other teaching related posts.
